I just gave a potential client 3 references. They called 2 of them and I got glowing reviews, Yay for me! I don’t mind. The way I see it is they are the client and if that is what they need to make the right decision then good on them for doing their research. The next day I received a nice retainer in my PayPal account and am very happy with my new client.
Exactly! You, as a biz owner, would ask for references from others before you hire them, so, to me, it’s just good business sense!
