Tweetsuite Advice?

I tried using the WordPress plugin called Tweetbacks a month or so ago, with a HUGE increase in spam that was ultimately the end of that experiment!

So if you have used, or currently use, Tweetsuite, can you please give me a list of pros and cons – things you love about it or things that you hate?
